Chris Dodd

President and CEO

Chris brings 18 years of various experience to Grace Care Consulting. Upon completion of High School, Chris spent 11 years with the United States Army serving on both Active Duty and Active Guard/Reserves. Chris’ military experience includes Paratrooper and Combat Lifesaver with the 18th Airborne Corp and Recruiter/Assistant Station Commander with the United States Army Recruiting Command. Chris later obtained his Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP). At Grace Care Consulting, Chris is responsible for the general oversight of operations, payroll, contract negotiation and implementation and privacy compliance.

Chris lives in Central Pennsylvania with his wife Brandee and their 3 children and is very active in his community. In his “spare” time, Chris coaches Teener League Baseball, Jr. High Football and supervises in the high school weight room assisting with strength and conditioning. Chris also sits on the Board of Directors at a local medical center. If there are any minutes left in his day, Chris enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing.

Brandee Dodd, RN, BSN

Vice President, Clinical Operations and Quality

Brandee brings 18 years of diverse nursing experience to Grace Care Consulting.  Brandee started her nursing career as an Intensive Care Nurse and later transferred to Home Care and Case Management.  She is experienced in Medicare/Medicaid, contract negotiation and compliance, RFP development and implementation, URAC accreditation, Quality Assurance and has managed large field based clinical teams. At Grace Care Consulting, Brandee is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training all clinical staff and oversees the implementation and development of all projects and consultants. Brandee is a graduate of Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing where she obtained her diploma in nursing.  She then graduated from Penn State University obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Brandee lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband Chris and their 3 children. Brandee serves on the Mt Union Area School District School Board and is the President of the MU Football Booster Club.

 

Keri Scott

Operations Manager

Keri has experience in diversified markets including a number of years serving as Assistant Billing Administrator for a large medical billing company. Her experience includes accounts receivable and financial reporting, staff training and workflow management, payroll, policy research and implementation, and physician credentialing. Keri also has an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. At Grace Care Consulting, Keri is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of company processes and contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Keri lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband Donnie and their two sons.

 

Ray McMullen Jr., MMSc, PA-C

Clinical Review Team/Medical Consultant

Ray brings over 40 years of healthcare experience to Grace Care Consulting where he serves as a Medical Consultant and assists the Clinical Review Team. Ray started his career in healthcare as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy in 1971. In 1978, Ray obtained his Associate of Science Degree from George Washington University and then went on to graduate from Pennsylvania State University’s Physician Assistant Program in 1981. Ray obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the State of New York in 1992 and his Master of Medical Science Degree from Saint Francis College in 1995. He also served with the United States Army as the Battalion Physician Assistant with the 2nd BN, 112th Inf (M), 28th ID and acted as the Clinical Coordinator / Assistant Professor at Lock Haven University’s Physician Assistant program. In addition he has over 18 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant at Mount Union Area Medical Center, Geisinger Medical Group, Veterans Administration hospital and with the PA State Correctional Institution.

Ray lives in Central Pennsylvania with his wife Vickie.

 

Shannon Roth, RN, CCM

Clinical Review Team

Shannon is a 1996 Graduate of Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing and has worked in various settings over her 18 year nursing career. She has clinical experience in the areas of PACU, Telemetry, Med/Surg and Dermatology. Most recently Shannon worked as a Case Manager for a large MCO and is a Certified Case Manager. At Grace Care Consulting, Shannon is responsible for Clinical Review and Case Management oversight.

Shannon lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Rick and their two daughters.
